Replacement/Refund Policy
If your product becomes defective within the first thirty (30) days after the invoice date, you may return it for a refund, or an immediate replacement. All returns for refunds are subject to a restocking fee (15%). Shipping fee is not refundable.
For Defective Return, Please record full details of the problem that you had experience & return with your Order Number. No return will be accepted without full details information and Order Number. Also Our Tech department will evaluate the problem with return to verify (Shipping Charge is Nonrefundable ).
No returns, of any type, will be accepted without a Order Number number.

Warranty
90 Days warranty for new Backlight Inverter, AC Adapters, Refurbished Inverter, Main board,Power supply and LIPS Inverter.
30 days warranty for CCFL backlight lamp and LCD Screen.

Cancel Order
If you wanted to cancel an order that you place earlier, you need to have your order number and name ready in order to be cancel. ALL ORDERS MUST BE CANCEL WITHIN 2 HOURS. OTHERWISE, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CHARGES.
