Troubleshooting---Laptop Screen

Sypmtom:
My screen had been completely dimmed out though you could see the screen was working if you used a flashlight. It is also working on an external monitor. What part do I need to replace (CCFL lamp or Inverter)?

How to Isolate the problem:

Screen flash on red/pink and goes off
