CCFL soldering techniques---for Laptop Screen Only

Due to over whelming request, we had created this newer instruction call CCFL soldering techniques. This instruction is based on our Laptop repair Kit 2 (P/N: RepairKit2). This repair kit comes with the following items:

6 inch of conductive Aluminum foil.
12 inch of Hi Temperature Tape
2 Silicon end cap (2.0mm Diameter)
2 Heat Shrinking Tube (4mm length)
6 inch of wire solders.

*CCFL is an extremely small Fluorescent lamp and you must handle them with extra caution.

Double check your old CCFL lamp and cut the electrode to an appropriate length (Between 1.5 to 2mm)

Use a tweezer to make a ring on wire harness.

Insert the end caps into the wire harness.

Insert the heat shrinking tubes into the wire harness.

Insert wire harness ring into the electrode.

Solder wire harness on the electrode
