Quick Start!
The DC-DC Converter is the highest failure rate on LED Screens.
It is a power supply to drive LED backlight Strip. By using LST02, it is quite easy to test it.
Step1:Select a correct LCD screen wire harness based on our
Cross Table
. Connect the LCD wire harness to LST02. Be sure that two white dots face up.
Step2: Connect LED power supply wire harness to 6P connector on LST02.
*Using a wrong LED wire harness may damage your LED screen. Please refer to our Cross Table for details.

Connect the other end of the LED Wire Harness to the LED Screen |

Apply signal to VGA Connector, Conenct 12V to LST02
When you turn on LST02, the LED screen should light up if the LED backlight strip is working.
If LED screen does not light up, you need a replacement screen, or you can try to repair DC-DC Converter on LED screen. |

You can also apply the test pattern to test color uniformity and dead pixels
Please follow the procedure below.
The following procedure is based on Samsung LTN160AT06 LED Screen

Please visit our Cross Reference Table to obtain the neccesary info before you start.
|
Step1:Select a correct LCD screen wire harness based on our
Cross Table
. Connect LCD wire harness to LST02. Be sure that 2 white dots face up.
Step2: Connect LED power supply wire harness to 6P conenctor on LST02.
Step3: Set dip switch on Off position and set B+ on 3.3V

Installing 1366X768_HD_1LVDS Driver:
Download 1366X768_HD_1LVDS Driver
Turn on LST02.
Connect 4 pin wires from DB01 to LST02's MUC port (4 pin Port ).
Upload Driver to LST02, Please refer to DB01 User Manaul

Connect another side of the LCD wire harness to the LED screen
Caution:This 40 Pin connector can ONLY be plugged in one direction;
please do not force it in. If so, you may damage the connector on the LCD screen. |

Turn on LST02. You should see the picture on the LED screen. However, if there is no
picture, please follow the toubleshooting tips below |

Troubleshooting:
No picture, but the back light is working: |
|
First, double check the dip switch setting based on your LCD screen number.
Please remember that you MUST disconnect 12V power supply every time you have reset the dip switch.
Second, check the connection on both ends of the Screen wire harness |

No Back Light
|
|
Check connection on 6 pin connector |
Cannot Turn on LST02
Please disconnect Panel wire harness, then turn on LST02. If it can be turned on,
then you need to reverse the wire harness. Please get an LCD screen numebr and contact our Tech support.
