Instruction Detail--CCFL/LED Backlight replacement
* CCFL is an extremely small Fluorescent lamp and you must handle
them with extra caution.
* Our LED Backlight Kit comes with a pre-installed wire harness, so there is no soldering required.

Step1:
This instruction is based on Hitachi Panel TX36D72VC1CAA. use a blade to cut the black tape on this section.
Step2:
Peel off the black tape.
Step3:
Disconnector this small flat connector.
Step4:
Slowly lift up one side of the circuit board as shown photo.
Step5:
Disconnect the the flat cable and remove teh circuit board.
Step6:
Tilt up the glass and metal frame as shown photo.
Step7:
Now you see the CCFL Lamp
Step8:
Remove wire.
Step9:
Remove CCFL Lamp.
Step10:
Replace CCFL Lamp.( Moniserv part number is MS20290)

Installing a LED Backlight Kit
|
Installing LED strip into the metal reflector is the same procedure as installing a CCFL lamp,
but much easier. Our LED strips has pre-installed wire harness so there is no soldering required.
All you need to do is to slide the LED backlight strip into the metal reflector. |
