Troubleshooting Tips - Before you dis-assembly Laptop Screen

When you receive this part from us (CCFL Lamp with pre-installed wire harness) We suggest that you follow this simple procedure before starting to disassembly Laptop screen. |
- Remove Front Bezel
- Located an Inverter and remove back light connector
- Connect CCFL with pre-installed wire harness CCFL Lamp to an Inverter
- Lay it on the top of keyboard as shown on the picture below
- Turn on laptop computer

You may see the following symptoms:
If the CCFL lamp lights up and stays lit, you can precede the backlight replacement. .
If the CCFL comes on and goes off (Or the new lamp doesn’t light up at all), you need a replacement Inverter. You can send it back and exchange it for a new inverter and just pay the difference..
